Emergency garage door repair

A door that won’t close at night, a car trapped inside before work, a door hanging off its track: these can’t wait until next week. Call and we’ll get there as fast as we can.

Emergency calls go to the front of our schedule, 7 days a week including weekends, from 7 AM to 9 PM. Our trucks carry springs, cables, rollers and sensor parts so most emergencies are fixed in one trip.

Until we arrive: keep people and pets away from the door, don’t keep pressing the opener button, and don’t try to lift a door with a broken spring. If the door is open and won’t close, we can usually secure it even if a part has to be ordered.

Common emergencies

  • Broken spring and the door won’t open
  • Car trapped inside the garage
  • Door won’t close and the house is exposed
  • Door off track or jammed
  • Snapped cable with the door hanging
  • Opener failure after a storm or power surge
  • Door hit by a vehicle
