Garage door maintenance plans
Your garage door opens and closes more than a thousand times a year. A yearly tune-up keeps it quiet, safe and far less likely to break on a busy morning.
Florida is hard on garage doors: humidity, salt air near the coast, summer heat and sand all wear rollers, hinges and springs faster. Regular service catches a frayed cable or tired spring before it becomes an emergency.
Every visit includes a full inspection, lubrication of all moving parts, hardware tightening, sensor alignment, a safety reverse test and a written report on the condition of your door.
Plans
- Basic, $99/year: one annual visit, complete safety inspection, lubrication, hardware tightening, basic adjustments, written report, 10% off any repairs
- Premium, $149/year: two visits (spring and fall), everything in Basic plus spring tension adjustment, track alignment, weatherstrip inspection, opener force adjustment, priority scheduling, 15% off repairs
- Commercial, custom quote: quarterly or monthly visits, multi-door discount, high-cycle door expertise, priority service, maintenance logs, 20% off parts and repairs
